In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the bso88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. bso88 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with Indonesian social norms and responsible gaming best practice. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from underage play void.
2. Residency: The Platform is primarily designed for players residing in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that your access to and use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal disability, guardianship, or court-imposed restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion that you have previously requested through bso88 or any affiliated platform.

To access the full range of bso88 services, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile number.
• You must not impersonate any other person, use a false name, or provide misleading information at any stage of registration or during subsequent Account use.
• bso88 reserves the right to require documentary proof of identity and address at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Proof of address documents must be dated within the last three (3) months.
• Account registration constitutes your express acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• bso88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Players must ensure their registered payment methods — including bank accounts at BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or BSI, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja — are held in their own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication tokens associated with your Account.

• You must not share your Account login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify bso88 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. Contact our support team at [email protected].
• bso88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• bso88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption, session token expiry, and brute-force login protection. These security measures supplement — but do not replace — your personal responsibility to safeguard your Account.
• bso88 staff will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bso88 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on bso88 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Supported deposit methods include major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). bso88 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bso88 accepts no liability.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the bso88 Cashier section and are subject to change at bso88's discretion with reasonable notice.
• bso88 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits in compliance with AML obligations.
• Deposits credited to your Account in error must be reported immediately; bso88 reserves the right to reverse any erroneously credited funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks are generally settled within 5–15 minutes during standard WIB business hours.

• Withdrawals will only be processed after satisfactory KYC verification has been completed on your Account.
• Any active Wagering Requirement attached to Bonus Funds must be fulfilled in full before a withdrawal of those funds can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests made outside of WIB business hours or during Indonesian public holidays may experience processing delays. bso88 will communicate any such delays through the platform or via email.

bso88 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players who meet all eligibility criteria set out in the specific promotion terms.
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) per person, household, device, IP address, payment method, and email address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and will be displayed distinctly within your Account balance.
• Wagering Requirements must be met using real-money stakes. Wagers placed using Bonus Funds themselves do not contribute toward completing the Wagering Requirement unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• bso88 does not offer bonuses to Players who have self-excluded or are subject to a cooling-off period.

The following general rules apply across all bso88 product categories, including the Sportsbook, live casino, slots, Sic Bo, and Poker Tournament sections. Product-specific rules are published within each respective game or section and form part of these Terms by reference.

7.1 Sportsbook

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• bso88 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and numerous other domestic and international competitions.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bso88 will apply the settlement rules published in the Sportsbook help section. Generally, matches not completed within 12 hours of the scheduled start time are voided, and stakes are returned.
• bso88 reserves the right to limit, void, or refuse any bet at its discretion, particularly where it suspects advantage play, data feed errors, or manifest pricing errors.

7.2 Live Casino

• Live casino games at bso88 Casino are operated by Evolution Gaming and other certified studio providers. Game outcomes are determined by physical processes (real cards, real roulette wheel) and are not controlled by bso88's software.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome already determined at the studio will stand. Incomplete rounds where no outcome has been reached will be voided and the stake returned.
• Game-specific minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each live table lobby and may vary by table tier.

7.3 Slots & Random Number Generator Games

• All slot games on bso88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the originating studio (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, or other licensed providers).
• Theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual titles are published by the respective game studios. bso88 does not modify RTP settings from those provided by the studio unless expressly stated and disclosed.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are subject to the rules of the specific jackpot network and are displayed within the relevant game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bso88 Platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, artificial intelligence, or mechanical device to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, data feed errors, or any other technical fault to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bso88.
• Game content, including graphics, audio, and mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and others) and is used under license by bso88.
• Any unauthorized use of bso88 intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of your Account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bso88 excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature, even where bso88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where bso88's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, bso88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bso88 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bso88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• Suspicious financial activity or potential AML concerns have been identified on the Account.
• The Player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8.
• bso88 is required to act by any applicable law, regulation, or directive from a competent authority.

On Account closure for breach of Terms, bso88 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, void any winnings derived from prohibited conduct, and withhold funds pending an investigation. Real-money funds not derived from prohibited activity will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any required investigation, subject to AML compliance obligations.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the bso88 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the Player's last used withdrawal method.

bso88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bso88 will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a notification on the Platform informing Players of the change.
• Where the changes are significant, send a notification to the email address registered on your Account with reasonable advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You will not be penalized for closing your Account solely because you do not agree to amended Terms, and any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial contract law. bso88 operates as a trusted and secure platform with SSL encryption and provably fair, internationally licensed gaming software. bso88 does not represent or imply that its services are legal under the domestic laws of any particular jurisdiction; it is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before using the service.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the bso88 Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs in the first instance, subject to the arbitrator's discretion to make cost awards.

Nothing in this clause limits bso88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property or to enforce confidentiality obligations.
